The company was started in 1983, bringing professional service to companies and communities around the Washington Metropolitan Area. We specialize in commercial and residential construction. For the past 11 years we have also extended our work to include The Virginia Department of Transportation. Arthur Construction Company, Inc. is headquartered in Dulles, VA and is a general and specialty construction company focusing on horizontal site construction. The company was established in 1983 and has over 30 years of construction expertise. Asphalt paving, milling, pavement maintenance, pavement markings and signs, and all aspects of site concrete are inclusive of our site finishes. Utilities including waterline, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and duct bank installation are some of the utility services that we offer. Earthwork, site development, and project man- agement are all tasks that we routinely perform on our projects.
